I personally found shopping around for a garage door more aggro than then expected. Most companies go in with the hard sell and although I contacted them via email to avoid this, they just hounded me by email!! 
 
Steve was then recommended to me by a neighbour who had used him previously. So thankfully I got to ask her my stupid questions before I met Steve himself. 
As mentioned in previous reviews, Steve doesn’t do the hard sell which was a breath of fresh air. He arrived, measured and advised us what would suit our garage and then left us to make the decision ourselves. 
 
I then communicated with his wife, Mel who was pleasant and explained every part of the process and got me booked in. 
 
The garage door was installed today by Steve and 2 lovely chaps who got on with the job, gave us a full demonstration before leaving
